Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership Fee & Setup

Corporate Membership is subject to an annual membership fee payable in advance.

In the first year of membership, the fee includes the production and installation of a personalised Simulator Bay signage board.

SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf retains ownership of all signage at all times and reserves the right to remove, relocate, or update signage at its discretion.

Membership is subject to approval by SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf.

2. Membership Benefits

Corporate Members receive 50% off all “Book A Bay” bookings during standard operating hours, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Membership benefits apply to standard bay hire only and do not extend to events, tournaments, exclusive venue hire, products, retail items, or other services unless expressly stated.

Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

3. Booking Requirement

All bookings must be made through the official SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf booking system using the assigned authorisation discount code.

Membership benefits cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Authorised Use

Membership discounts are only valid when at least one nominated member is physically present onsite and actively participating for the full duration of the booking.

5. Booking Limits & Availability

A maximum of three (3) bays per session per day may be booked using this Corporate Membership.

All bookings are subject to availability, operational requirements, and fair use principles.

SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to manage pricing, bay allocation, and booking availability to ensure fair access for all customers and maintain business operations.

6. Fair Use & Operational Protection

Corporate Membership is intended for reasonable business and recreational use and must not be used in a manner that effectively constitutes private venue hire, recurring block booking of peak periods, or unreasonable occupation of simulator availability.

SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to limit, decline, adjust, or reschedule bookings during peak periods, events, high-demand times, maintenance periods, or operational constraints.

7. Non-Transferable Use

This Corporate Membership, including all discounts, booking privileges, and signage benefits, is strictly non-transferable and must not be shared, distributed, sublicensed, or used by unauthorised persons.

8. Bay Signage

The first year of membership includes a personalised Simulator Bay signage board.

From the second year onward, signage remains subject to continued membership renewal and may be removed if the membership is not renewed or maintained in good standing.

9. Verification & Compliance

SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to request identification or other reasonable verification at any time to confirm authorised use and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings may be declined where authorised use cannot be reasonably verified.

10. Member Conduct & Venue Rules

Corporate Members and their guests must behave respectfully towards staff, guests, and other patrons and comply with all venue rules, safety procedures, and staff instructions.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

11. Personal Property & Security

Members and guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while onsite.

For safety and security purposes, SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf may operate video surveillance throughout the premises, including simulator areas.

12. Misuse & Enforcement

Any misuse of the booking system, discount code, membership benefits, or breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in:

  • standard charges being applied;

  • refusal of bookings;

  • suspension of membership; and/or

  • immediate revocation of membership.

13. Suspension or Revocation

SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership immediately and without liability where a member:

  • breaches these Terms & Conditions;

  • misuses membership benefits;

  • behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner; or

  • fails to follow venue rules or staff instructions.

All membership benefits cease immediately upon suspension or termination.

14. Liability

Members and guests use the facility and equipment at their own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, indirect loss, or consequential loss arising from use of the facility or membership benefits.

Where membership is acquired for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf may update or amend these Corporate Membership Terms & Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and constitute the full agreement between the parties.
