VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility and Enrollment: To enroll in the VIP Membership, applicants must complete the registration process through our website with the assistance of a SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf Manager.
Membership Fee: The membership fee is $30 per week, billed on a recurring basis to your nominated credit card. This fee is subject to change with prior notice.
Discount Benefits: Members are entitled to a 50% discount on all "Book A Bay" bookings. Discounts cannot be applied to other services or products outside of this scope.
Additional Rewards: Members receive free club hire and a 10% discount on purchases at SWEET SPOT Bar & Cafe and The Clubroom (excluding electronics). These benefits are exclusive to VIP Membership members.
No Exclusions: The 50% discount applies during regular opening hours without restrictions on specific dates or times. Membership benefits are valid throughout the year.
Membership Limit: Membership is capped at 25 active members. No new members will be accepted until an existing member cancels their membership.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at the end of the minimum 13-week term without penalty. To cancel, members must contact SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf directly. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership term.
Membership Usage: Discounts and benefits are exclusive to members. Members must be present and actively participating during booked sessions to receive discounts and other perks. SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to revert bookings to standard pricing if membership rules and guidelines are not followed.
Changes to Terms: SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the VIP Membership at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
Termination and Suspension: SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if the member is found to be in violation of the terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
