VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility and Enrolment

    VIP Membership is available to individuals who complete the registration process through the SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf website and provide valid payment details.

    Membership is granted at the sole discretion of SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf and is personal to the registered member and non-transferable.

    By enrolling, members confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these VIP Membership Terms and Conditions and SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf’s General Terms and Conditions.

  2. Membership Fees and Billing

    The VIP Membership fee is charged in advance on a recurring weekly basis to the member’s nominated credit card.

    By enrolling, members authorise SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf to process recurring payments.

    Members are responsible for ensuring their payment details remain valid. Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

    SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to adjust membership fees by providing reasonable notice to members.

  3. Membership Benefits – Bay Bookings

    VIP Members are entitled to a 100% discount on up to four (4) “Book A Bay” sessions per week during standard operating hours.

    Membership benefits apply only to bay hire and do not extend to other services, events, products, or packages unless stated otherwise.

    Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

    Unused weekly bookings do not roll over to subsequent weeks.

  4. Guest Access

    Members may invite guests to join them during a booking.

    The member must be present for the full duration of the booking and is responsible for the conduct of their guests.

    Guests must comply with all venue rules, safety requirements, and staff instructions.

    Guest access does not provide any membership rights or independent booking privileges.

  5. Additional Benefits

    VIP Members receive:

    Complimentary club hire during member bookings; and
    10% discount on food and beverage purchases at SWEET SPOT Bar & Café and The Clubroom (*Discounts exclude electronics and any items specified by management).

  6. Access and Availability

    Membership benefits apply during normal operating hours.

    Access to facilities may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance, private events, exclusive venue hire, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Membership Capacity

    VIP Membership is limited to twenty-five (25) active members.

    Once capacity is reached, new memberships will only become available when an existing membership is cancelled or terminated.

  8. Minimum Term and Cancellation

    VIP Membership is subject to a minimum term of thirteen (13) consecutive weeks.

    If a member cancels their membership before the minimum term is completed, an early termination administration fee of $100 may apply.

    After the minimum term, members may cancel their membership by providing notice to SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf.

    Membership fees are non-refundable, and unused benefits will not be credited or refunded.

  9. Booking and Use of Membership

    Bookings must be made through the SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf online booking system.

    Membership benefits are for the registered member only and may only be used when the member is present.

    SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to charge standard rates where membership benefits are misused or used in breach of these Terms.

  10. Member Conduct and Equipment Use

    Members must behave respectfully towards staff, guests, and other patrons and follow all venue rules and safety procedures.

    Only approved golf balls may be used in the simulators. Personal golf balls must be brand new balls.

    Failure to follow venue rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  11. Personal Property and Security

    Members are responsible for their own personal belongings while at the facility.

    For safety and security purposes, SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf may operate video surveillance within the premises, including simulator areas.

  12. Suspension or Termination

    SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf may suspend or terminate membership immediately if a member:

    • breaches these Terms and Conditions;
    • fails to pay membership fees;
    • damages equipment or property;
    • behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner; or
    • fails to follow venue rules or staff instructions.

    No refunds will be provided where membership is terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

  13. Liability

    Members use the facility and equipment at their own risk.

    To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the facility.

  14. Changes to Terms

    SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf may update or amend these VIP Membership Terms and Conditions from time to time.

    Members will be notified of material changes. Continued use of membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
