VIP MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility and Enrollment
To be eligible for the VIP Membership, applicants must successfully complete the registration process via the SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf website and provide valid payment details. Membership is not transferable and is granted at the sole discretion of SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf.
2. Membership Fees and Billing
The VIP Membership fee is $60 per week, payable in advance and charged on a recurring basis to the member’s nominated credit card. By enrolling, the member authorises SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf to process recurring payments. SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to vary the membership fee upon providing reasonable prior notice to members.
3. Membership Benefits – Bay Bookings
VIP Members are entitled to a 100% discount on up to four (4) “Book A Bay” bookings per week during standard operating hours.
Discounts apply solely to bay hire and cannot be used for other services, products, events, or packages.
Discounts may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.
4. Guest Access
VIP Members may invite guests to accompany them and enjoy the bays during a member booking.
The member must be present for the duration of the booking.
All guests must comply with SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf’s rules, safety requirements, and venue policies.
The member accepts full responsibility for the conduct of their guests.
Guest access does not confer any membership rights or independent booking privileges.
5. Additional Rewards
VIP Members receive:
Complimentary club hire during member bookings; and
A 10% discount on food and beverage purchases at SWEET SPOT Bar & Café and The Clubroom, excluding electronics and any items otherwise specified by management.
6. Availability and Blackout Dates
Membership benefits apply during regular business hours with no blackout dates or time-based restrictions, unless otherwise required due to operational, safety, or maintenance considerations.
7. Membership Cap
VIP Membership is strictly limited to 25 active members. Once capacity is reached, no additional memberships will be accepted until an existing membership is cancelled or terminated.
8. Minimum Term and Cancellation
VIP Memberships are subject to a minimum term of thirteen (13) consecutive weeks.
Members may cancel their membership after the minimum term by providing notice directly to SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf.
No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time or benefits.
9. Use of Membership and Compliance
All discounts and benefits are exclusive to the registered member and may only be used while the member is present and actively participating. SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to charge standard rates where membership conditions are breached or benefits are misused.
10. Changes to Terms
SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these VIP Membership Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Suspension or Termination
SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf may suspend or terminate a membership immediately if a member:
breaches these Terms and Conditions;
engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour; or
fails to comply with venue policies or staff instructions.
In such circumstances, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the VIP Membership, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these VIP Membership Terms and Conditions, together with SWEET SPOT Indoor Golf’s General Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
